No article today, just two (2) very colorful infographics that use the color of a fruit and vegetable to identify their "phytonutrients, which help us fight disease and stay stronger for longer."
Accordinng to the authors of the infographic, "most people do not get enough phytonutrients" in their nutrition plan.
